No access to other studio rooms. 

*PLEASE beware that set up and clean up MUST be done within your booking period. As soon as your booking period ends we may have a booking start right after you, please be considerate and leave on time. If you arrive early please wait outside in the courtyard. There is NO early access to your studio booking timeframe. Please make sure clients enter with you and not before you. Children must be supervised AT ALL TIMES!  

*BEFORE you leave it is your responsibility to make sure that all furniture is placed in its original location. Small Furniture can be moved around (heavy/big furniture, please ask us for assistance). You are responsible for leaving the studio the exact way it was prior to your booking. The studio is inspected before booking begins and after a booking has ended. If there are damages done to the property or furniture, there will be charges billed via Peerspace.
Lastly, Everything inside the studio must remain inside the studio along with personal belongings. 





*PROHIBITED:
- No shoes on the rugs
- No standing on the furniture
- No food or drinks on the furniture or rugs
- No smoking in building
- No big pets, small pets are allowed if being held when entering and leaving studio. Please do not let them roam around in the studio. 
- No loud music 
- No burning of candles
- No glitter 
- No Weapons 

OVERTIME FEE:
No free overtime. To avoid overtime charges please ensure all crew, guests, and equipment is outside of the room when booking period ends. All overtime fees will be charged 2x the hour rate.
Set up and take down must occur within your booked timeframe; entering into another time slot will result in an additional charge.

*Two Hour Minimum Booking for Mini Sessions (ex. more than 1 family/ person during your session period) 
Please let us know when booking how many families will be entering the studio during your session to better help accommodate you.

By booking our studio, you are agreeing to comply with all of the house rules.   Failing to do so may result in booking period ending early without a refund or additional fees.
